Kiran M is a results-oriented operations professional with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History and progressive experience across Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Operations Management. His career progression from Marketing Executive to Sales Manager and subsequently into operational leadership reflects his versatility, commercial understanding and strong execution capabilities. As Head – Operations at Agrocops KVVVK, Kiran is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organisation’s operational ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between outlets, logistics, inventory, vendors, accounts, customers and internal teams. His responsibilities encompass operational planning, outlet coordination, supply and logistics management, transportation, vendor relationships, inventory and stock movement, accounts coordination, issue resolution and process optimisation. He works closely with multiple functions to ensure timely execution, continuity of operations and efficient utilisation of organisational resources. Kiran brings a hands-on, solution-driven leadership approach, with particular strength in coordination, execution and operational problem-solving. His ability to manage interconnected operational functions and respond effectively to emerging challenges contributes to the organisation’s efficiency and scalability.

Farzin Nizar is a legally trained management professional with a BA LLB and LLM, bringing a strong combination of legal knowledge, organisational leadership and business execution capabilities. As Principal Executive Officer at Agrocops KVVVK, she plays a key role in translating organisational priorities into structured execution and coordinated outcomes. Her responsibilities encompass team performance management, lead management, business follow-up, franchise development, stakeholder engagement and administrative coordination. She works closely with management, project teams and prospective franchise partners to facilitate effective communication, systematic follow-ups and timely execution of strategic initiatives. Farzin is actively involved in advancing the Agrocops KVVVK franchise network, supporting the establishment and development of agricultural outlets at the panchayat level and contributing to the organisation’s expansion initiatives. Her legal background, combined with strong capabilities in leadership, communication, team coordination, stakeholder management and organisational administration, enables her to approach business operations with structure, discipline and professional rigour.

With a background in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Chartered Accountancy Intermediate, Shazia brings a multidisciplinary and structured approach to administration. Her academic foundation combines technical understanding with financial and analytical thinking, enabling her to look at organisational functions from both a systems and business perspective. In her role as Head – Administration, she focuses on ensuring smooth coordination across people, projects, and organisational functions. Her strengths in planning, communication, documentation, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving enable her to bring structure to diverse activities while maintaining efficiency and accountability. Her ability to understand different functions and connect people and processes supports effective execution across Agrocops' initiatives. A strong communicator and people-oriented professional, Shazia brings adaptability, initiative, and a collaborative approach to the organisation. Her ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, coordinate teams, present ideas effectively, and take ownership of responsibilities allows her to contribute across projects and functions, strengthening the operational and administrative framework of Agrocops.

Mr. Umesh U A is a digital marketing professional and graduate in Computer Science and Engineering, with a strong foundation in technology, digital communication, and online marketing. He has experience in digital marketing, social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), online advertising, content strategy, brand communication, and digital campaign management. With strong analytical, creative, communication, and problem-solving skills, he is focused on developing effective digital strategies that enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and business growth. His technical background enables him to combine technology and digital marketing practices to create innovative and result-oriented solutions. At Agrocops KVVVK, he serves as the Digital Marketing Head, contributing to digital marketing strategy, social media management, SEO, online promotions, content development, brand awareness, digital campaigns, and overall online presence. He also supports the organization in leveraging digital platforms and communication channels to strengthen outreach, connect with target audiences, and promote agricultural products, services, programmes, and initiatives.

Ms. Nishana T is an agriculture professional and graduate of Kerala Agricultural University, holding a B.Sc. (Hons) in Agriculture. She has gained practical exposure in crop production, plant protection, organic farming, floriculture and landscaping, bioagents and biofertilizer production, and rural agricultural development through various academic and field-based programmes. With strong communication, organizational, time management, and farmer interaction skills, she is passionate about translating scientific agricultural knowledge into practical field-level solutions and contributing to sustainable, innovative, and farmer-oriented agricultural development At Agrocops KVVVK, she serves as an, Principal Agriculture Officer(PAO) in the Knowledge Zone Department, contributing to agricultural knowledge dissemination, farmer support, training, product awareness, outlet development, digital communication, and coordination of agricultural programmes.

Fathima Sheral is an MBA graduate specialized in Finance and Marketing, with a B.Com degree in Finance. She has also gained practical exposure through a internships and finance-related projects, building a strong foundation in accounting and financial management. At Agrocops Kvvvk, she serves as an Accountant, handling key accounting and financial operations, including sales invoice processing, credit note entries, sale order entries, payment follow-ups, account documentation, payment receipt management, and bank reconciliation. She also supports the sharing of account statements and payment-related documents with outlets and manages day-to-day financial records to ensure accuracy and smooth financial operations. She is skilled in accounting operations, financial compliance, payment coordination, data management, Excel, Google Sheets, and Vyapar Software. Her primary objective is to ensure that the company’s financial activities are properly managed, accurately recorded, and efficiently coordinated, contributing to smooth and organized financial operations.

Factory supervisor oversees daily facility operations, manages staff, and maintains accurate inventory control to ensure smoothens transportation process. Key Responsibilities Operations: Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, sorting, and loading procedures.

Issac Chandran is a B.Com graduate with a PG Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management and a strong academic background. He has developed a good understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, including inventory management, procurement, transportation, warehousing, and documentation. He is currently working at Agrocorps, gaining valuable practical exposure and professional experience. He possesses strong skills in MS Excel, data entry, data management, documentation, and communication. He is a detail-oriented, responsible, and quick-learning professional with a positive attitude towards continuous learning and career development. His goal is to build a successful career in the Logistics & Supply Chain Management field while contributing effectively to the growth of the organization.

As a Compliance Officer at AgroCops, I am responsible for ensuring that the organisation’s operations adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and industry standards. My role involves monitoring compliance requirements, maintaining accurate records, supporting regulatory documentation, identifying potential risks, and promoting ethical, transparent, and accountable practices across the organisation.

Ms.Sreelekshmi S holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Finance. She possesses strong skills in communication, scheduling and coordination, time management, attention to detail, telephone and email handling, and basic MS Excel. She is a responsible and adaptable professional with a keen interest in learning new tools and developing efficient work practices. At AGROCOPS KVVVK, she serves as an Liaison Officer contributing to effective customer coordination, operational support, and the smooth progress of outlet activities.Her professional responsibilities include handling customer communications, coordinating second-phase outlet activities, and monitoring key operational processes such as loan assistance and follow-up, agreement execution, file generation and processing, licence-related activities, and overall outlet progress. She also supervises and coordinates the activities of the Junior Liaison Officer and supports marketing and outlet promotional activities.

Ms. Subahana S is a Logistics and Supply Chain Management professional with knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation, procurement, and supply chain processes. She has strong skills in operational coordination, documentation, team supervision, workflow management, and performance monitoring. At Agrocops KVVVK, she serves as Business Operations Lead, contributing to outlet-wise performance monitoring, identifying high- and low-performing outlets, regular outlet follow-ups, product promotion, advertisement support, and sales analysis. She coordinates outlet branding and display activities, new outlet development, customer feedback collection, non-moving product promotion, and low-sales outlet improvement initiatives.

They specialize in developing scalable APIs, efficiently managing databases, and designing reliable backend systems using Django.
