His career progression from Marketing Executive to Sales Manager and subsequently into operational leadership reflects his versatility, commercial understanding and strong execution capabilities.
As Head – Operations at Agrocops KVVVK, Kiran is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organisation’s operational ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between outlets, logistics, inventory, vendors, accounts, customers and internal teams.
His responsibilities encompass operational planning, outlet coordination, supply and logistics management, transportation, vendor relationships, inventory and stock movement, accounts coordination, issue resolution and process optimisation. He works closely with multiple functions to ensure timely execution, continuity of operations and efficient utilisation of organisational resources.
