Factory supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Operations: Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, sorting, and loading procedures.
Staff Management: Assign daily tasks, train new hires, and monitor team productivity.
Inventory Control: Track stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Reporting: Measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report operational metrics to management.
Proven experience in warehousing or logistics supervision.Knowledge of WMS software and basic computer proficiency.
