Organic input quality protocol for outlet stocks

To protect growers and the Agrocops brand, every outlet must follow this quality protocol for organic fertilisers, soil conditioners, and related inputs:

1. Accept only consignments that carry a batch number, packing date, and Head Office dispatch note. 2. Record opening stock, damaged bags, and farmer returns in the daily register. 3. Do not break original packaging for retail display except under the approved sample tray. 4. Report any odour, moisture, or labelling defect to the Quality desk within 24 hours.

This protocol applies to all franchise and company-run outlets with immediate effect.
